About the Hosted Clubs
Please see the link below to our ASA & HC Pamphlet
- Hosted Clubs were introduced as a result of the increasing demand from parents for more “skill-based” after school education. Our aim is to provide professional training in certain areas for our families without them having to leave the AISB campus and make arrangements for their children’s transportation.
- Hosted Clubs are paid activities provided by professional coaches and trainers from outside AISB
- Hosted Clubs run all year round apart from when the school is closed.
- Hosted Clubs run from 3:35 to 4:30 for younger (Multiage 4, Kindergarten, Grade 1), and from 4:35 to 5:30 for older (Grades 2, 3, 4 and 5) students.
- Children enrolled in Hosted Clubs beginning at 4:35pm must also be enrolled in either an ASA (from 3:30-4:30), attend Brain Games or be supervised by their parents. Students are not allowed on campus unsupervised after 3:30pm; this is to ensure their personal safety
- Children riding the bus home will be escorted to their buses by the Hosted Club providers; children who are being picked up should be collected on the completion time of their clubs
- Some Hosted Clubs offer their classes twice a week; you are welcome to enroll your child for both, or only for one
- Students new to the Hosted Club Program are welcome to try their chosen club and decide after the first session whether or not they are wishing to continue with the activity; in case of withdrawal, the first session is free of charge
- Payments for the Hosted Clubs are to be made to the provider directly
